Pahang

Pahang, the third largest state in Malaysia (36,137km² / 1.5 million inhabitants) after Sarawak and Sabah. It is located in the East Coast region of Peninsular Malaysia. Pahang is bordered to the north by Kelantan, to the west by Perak, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan, to the south by Johor and to the east by Terengganu and South China Sea. The state capital is Kuantan and the royal seat is at Pekan town.
